In-House
Staff Training

Hands-on training designed to help your team confidently produce jewellery content in-house. Sessions are tailored to your products, brand standards and existing level of experience, helping staff develop the technical and creative skills needed to deliver consistent results across e-commerce, social, campaign and video content.

Jewellery requires a specialist approach. Training covers how to photograph metalwork, diamonds and coloured stones in a way that feels refined, natural and true to the product. The focus is on producing imagery that reflects the quality of the piece rather than relying on heavy post-production or overly stylised techniques.

Beyond product work, sessions cover social and campaign content: developing concepts, styling sets, working with models and directing a shoot. Training also covers moving image and short-form video, which has become an essential part of how jewellery brands communicate on social and digital.

  • Lighting for jewellery: metalwork, diamonds, coloured stones and mixed materials
  • Camera technique, focus stacking and tethered shooting
  • Pack shot and e-commerce photography
  • Social content: concept, styling, sets and execution
  • Lifestyle and social content: concept, styling, props and set direction
  • Moving image and short-form video for jewellery
  • Post-production workflow: retouching to a natural, polished standard
  • One-to-one or small group sessions

Post-Production
Support

Creating strong jewellery imagery does not end when the shoot is finished. Consistent post-production standards are essential for maintaining quality across collections, campaigns and digital channels. I help teams develop practical retouching workflows and quality standards that support a polished and recognisable visual identity.

I work with in-house teams to set up effective workflows and provide ongoing support to help finalise images to a high standard. Good retouching enhances the metalwork and brings out the brilliance of the stones.

Where it adds value, I bring in modern retouching techniques and AI-assisted tools to increase both quality and speed, helping your team produce more without compromising the finish.

Support is available on a project basis or as an ongoing arrangement.
